Terms of Service

AArubiAI is an AI-powered energy bill analysis tool provided by AARUBI Ltd. The service allows UK businesses to upload energy bills for automated analysis, identify potential billing errors, and track contract renewal dates.

The service is provided free of charge for UK businesses during the current beta period.

• Only upload energy bills that you own or are authorised to process.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for any actions taken from your account.

You agree not to:

• Upload bills belonging to others without authorisation.
• Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the service.
• Upload files containing malware or malicious content.
• Use the service outside the United Kingdom for commercial energy bill analysis.
• Circumvent any security features or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Our property: The AArubiAI platform, software, design, and branding are owned by AARUBI Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

Your data: You retain full ownership of your energy bill files and the data extracted from them. By uploading bills, you grant AARUBI Ltd a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The service is currently provided at no charge. If paid plans are introduced, we will give at least 30 days' notice before any charges apply to existing users.

Cancellation: You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds: If paid plans are introduced, unused subscription time will be refunded pro-rata on cancellation.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AARUBI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including but not limited to financial loss from energy switching decisions.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to any claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
